Before building SoftHire, I spent 5+ years as a Senior HR Specialist supporting 40+ organizations. I was the primary point of contact for all employment contracts — domestic and international — managing every stage from drafting to execution. For each country where projects were active, I conducted deep compliance research to ensure employment documentation met local legal requirements. I also served as the lead HRIS administrator, owning end-to-end processing for all employees across the organization. I understand HR systems, cross-border compliance, and what it actually takes to hire across borders — not from the outside, but from years inside it.
